Meet Michelle

MICHELLE SHARP
Consultant & Coach

Michelle is a results-driven Executive Coach and Talent Acquisition strategist who has spent her career at the intersection of people, performance, and organizational growth. Her background spans high-stakes, high-growth environments across tech and entertainment, including senior leadership at Netflix, where she built and scaled talent functions, advised executives, and shaped the people strategies that allowed organizations to compete at the highest level.

This foundation of experience and expertise guides Michelle’s work with executives, emerging leaders, and organizations that want more than clarity - they want to move. Whether she is coaching a VP through a pivotal career moment, advising an HR team on building a more strategic TA function, or stepping in as a fractional leader during a period of growth or transition, Michelle consistently shows up with directness, sharp judgment, and a clear eye for what is actually getting in the way.

Grounded in the core belief that most leaders already know what needs to shift, Michelle helps create the conditions for leaders to see clearly and the conviction to confidently take action. Her coaching approach is structured, but never rigid, and every engagement is built around what the client actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all formula.

"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter."

“Michelle is a remarkable coach and strategic partner. During our time together, she helped me recognize thinking patterns that were keeping me stuck and guided me toward more strategic, aligned approaches with my team. Her insight and clarity made an immediate impact. I left our conversations feeling more focused, less stressed, and better able to collaborate authentically across the organization. Leaders working with her will appreciate her deep dedication, passion, and ability to turn complex dynamics into meaningful breakthroughs.."
