Experiences

Jeni Ni
Equus Facilitator
Jeni Ni is a horsewoman, storyteller, and intuitive guide who brings the deep wisdom of the herd into every aspect of her work.
With a lifelong love for horses and a global riding journey that has taken her from the shores of Morocco to the highlands of Mexico, she approaches horses as mirrors for self-awareness and transformation. Her facilitation style is rooted in presence, nervous system attunement, and relational trust.
Whether galloping through the dunes or walking quietly beside a stallion, Jeni invites others to lead from their intuition, embody confidence, and reconnect with what matters most.
Where Intuition Meets Impact
We believe the most meaningful shifts in leadership don't only happen in meeting rooms or strategic plans. The most impactful shifts happen when we reconnect with the parts of ourselves that know how to listen, sense, and lead from within.
Our Equus Leadership Experiences are designed for founders, teams, and
senior leaders who are ready to move beyond performance and return to presence.
Whether you're building a company, shaping a brand, or leading with people at the
center of your work, this experience offers a powerful recalibration.
Horses don't respond to titles or talking points. They respond to presence: energy, intention, and truth. In their reflection, we see where we’re leading with clarity… and where we’re not.
Through a series of guided, horse-facilitated sessions, we help leaders step out of the noise and into the wisdom of the body. You’ll begin to notice what your presence communicates, how your intuition speaks, and what shifts when you lead from authenticity rather than effort.

Our Approach
This is not a leadership seminar or a generic co-team-building exercise. It is a quiet, honest space where insight rises through experience. What makes this offering unique is how it integrates with The Tapestry’s deeper mission: helping leaders and organizations create cultures rooted in clarity, humanity, and purpose.
Our approach includes:
-
Skilled, somatic-based facilitation that honors your pace
-
Embodied practices that help you access wisdom beyond the mind
-
A clear throughline between your session and your daily leadership challenges
-
Intimate group sizes to allow for honest reflection and meaningful breakthroughs
-
Thoughtful collaboration with ethical equine partners and respected horse professionals
The horses are not here to perform, and neither are you.
This work is not about riding or controlling the animal. It is about presence, relationship, and what emerges when we let go of performance and tune into connection. Through guided observation and intentional interaction, horses respond to who you are in the moment, not your title, not your words, not who you think you should be. They offer honest, nonverbal feedback that reflects how you lead, how you relate, and how aligned you are with yourself.
There is no agenda to impress or achieve. Just the invitation to be real, and to notice what shifts when you are.

“Horses teach us to be present, aware, and connected not only with them, but with ourselves and our environment.”

FAQs
1 / Do I need to know how to ride a horse to participate?
No. Our work with the horses will be on the ground. The horses offer presence, relationship and connection. We will not be riding or mounting during the sessions. Some experiences may offer an optional riding offering after the event.
2 / What is an Equus Coach?
Equus Coaching is a unique form of life coaching that utilizes the connection between humans and horses to facilitate personal transformation and leadership development. Horses respond to us in the moment, reflecting what is true. That mirror helps us gain insight into how we show up and how we can align more fully with ourselves.
3 / Will I work with the same horse throughout the session?
Often, yes, though sometimes the process calls for connecting with more than one horse. We let the rhythm of the session and the horses guide the experience.
4 / What if I feel nervous around horses?
That is very natural. We meet you exactly where you are. The pace is gentle and supportive, and many people discover that what begins as nervousness becomes trust and connection.
5 / Is it a group or individual experience?
We offer both. Groups invite shared learning and resonance, while one-on-one sessions open space for deeper personal exploration.
6 /What can I expect to gain?
Most participants leave with a stronger sense of clarity and calm. Horses invite us to drop old patterns, to stand in presence, and to reconnect with our authentic selves.
