In parallel with her equine work, Jeni has spent over a decade as a brand and business builder across mission-driven sectors. She was the Co-Founder and CMO of a fashion-tech startup, later stepping into the role of COO where she led company operations and cross-functional growth. Currently, she serves as the VP of Marketing at 50/50 Women on Boards, where she has shaped strategy, led national campaigns, and grown a high-performing team. Jeni is known for her ability to blend creative vision with systems thinking, and for building cultures where people feel seen, trusted, and empowered to do meaningful work.
