Meet Dawn

DAWN SHARIFAN
Consultant/Facilitator/Coach/Advisor

I help visionary founders, executive teams, and companies at the edge of explosive growth build intentional, enduring leadership cultures.

As Slack’s former SVP of People, I led the company’s people strategy through one of the largest SaaS acquisitions in history. Today, I serve as a strategic CPO, executive coach, and advisor to leaders across industries—from AI and biotech to venture and social impact.

I work with those who dare to lead differently—those scaling with soul, vision, and purpose. My clients trust me to challenge them, champion them, and co-create the systems and mindsets needed to lead consciously through complexity.

My work lives at the intersection of what leadership is and what it’s becoming. I help leaders anticipate what’s ahead, build adaptive organizations, and design people systems that scale without losing soul. We are in a new industrial revolution, let’s shape the future, not react to it.

Recognized as a trusted voice in the evolution of work, I serve on the boards of Rippleworks, The Next Chapter, PeopleTech Partners, and UCR Executive Education—collaborating with builders reimagining what leadership, equity, and impact can look like.

Let’s evolve leadership for a new era—one that expands what’s possible for people, teams, and the world.

First the universe whispers,

then it speaks,

then it yells

"Dawn has helped me navigate the most challenging transitions of my career and life: from taking on my first CEO role, to my company's acquisition and integration, to headcount reductions and major surgery. Thanks to our work together, I was able to approach every situation, decision, and difficult conversation more clear-eyed, confident, and aligned with my values. For me, the biggest success story of our work together is this: I feel more capable than I ever have of handling whatever comes next. Let's put this in cheesy startup terms: Working together has turned my growth as a leader into a 10x'ed hockey stick."
