Adele Rom, Founder and CEO of The Tapestry, supports leaders who strive to think deeply, act consciously, and move boldly into the future. She’s worked across industries with cultural complexity and global structures to tackle high-stakes, multimillion-dollar initiatives. Her work is anchored in a commitment to equity, environmental sustainability, and advancing humanity—because innovation and inspiration aren’t only about revenue growth; they’re about impact.
Whether it’s empowering leadership and teams or guiding intricate cultural transformations, Adele brings clarity to complexity. Her diverse background serves as a powerful combination of pragmatic wisdom and skillful action to clients of all industries and stages. Her approach is informed by 20+ years in global executive and leadership positions at JP Morgan Chase, Riot Games, Clique Brands, Washington Mutual, Techstyle FG, and Hasbro. She has served on multiple advisory boards and has worked with an extensive list of clients that includes Netflix, The Nature Conservancy, ILIA Beauty, The Los Angeles Philharmonic, CPS Energy, Instacart, Pursuit Collection, Thrive Market, Medpace and more.
Adele’s work sits at the intersection of anthropology, psychology, and business. She holds a Master of International Business, a BA in Cultural Anthropology, and a Mastery Certification in Spiritual Psychology. Adele is certified in a number of best-in-class programs including Chopra Global (Coaching), The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (Ayurvedic Nutrition), and The Strozzi Institute (Somatics), as well as leading development tools (e.g. The Enneagram and The Leadership Circle 360).
A native of the Seattle area, Adele grew up in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains and loves hiking, traveling, photography and is a self-identified bird-nerd and 80/90s rocker. She is committed to rewilding our planet and advancing women’s health and financial equality. Adele splits her time between Santa Fe, NM, the Pacific Northwest and Southern California.
