KIMBERLY BERTZ

With a unique blend of Fortune 50 operational experience and Big 4 consulting rigor, she helps organizations navigate complexity, unlock employee engagement, and deliver measurable results at scale. Her clients count on her for practical, action-oriented strategies that connect leadership vision to on-the-ground execution — whether designing high-impact leadership strategies, steering culture and DEI transformations, or advising on new ways of working for the future of work.

Kim held many leadership roles at Wells Fargo, including membership in the firm’s Management Committee (top 300 senior leaders) and as CEO Executive Forums for Latino Leaders and Women. As Global Head of Employee Engagement at Wells Fargo, she shaped the strategy for promoting Wells Fargo as an employer of choice and developed inclusive workplace programs . As COO of Corporate Real Estate, she managed an 80+ million square foot portfolio, implementing cost-saving initiatives that resulted in $90 million in occupancy savings in a single year and creation of award-winning workplaces. Her introduction of digital workplace tools served over 130,000 employees across 100 cities, facilitating millions of customer interactions and significantly enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience. She began her consulting career on the Human Capital & Strategic Change team at BearingPoint (now PwC Advisory) serving clients in the financial services and technology industries.

Kimberly holds a BA from UCLA and an MBA from Cornell University, complemented by a DEI certification from USC's Marshall School.
