Meet Annalise

ANNALISE KOLTAI
Consultant/Facilitator/Coach

Annalise Koltai is a transformational coach to executives and teams who recognize that technical brilliance alone is not enough; true impact requires transforming the way they lead themselves and others. With a decade of coaching experience in companies like Slack, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Workday, Fidelity Investments, and many more, combined with her formal training as a psychotherapist, Annalise brings a level of rigor and excellence to her work that is exceptional in the industry.

Her approach is intensive to ensure results are extraordinary. Annalise works with high performers who understand that the primary barrier between where they are and where they want to be is themselves. Grounded in a commitment to self-responsibility, her coaching process examines the thoughts, beliefs, and frameworks that clients and teams have built their lives—both professionally and personally—around, questioning their accuracy and intended impact. This process allows for greater agency and choice; by bringing the subconscious into awareness, clients shift from being driven by externalities to taking full ownership of themselves and their experiences.

Annalise holds a Master of Counseling Psychology and has extensive training in Psychotherapy. She is certified in a number of best-in-class programs including CoActive Coaching, The Center for Right Relationship and The Leadership Circle 360.

“I was never too keen on a leadership coach but I knew it wouldn’t hurt to try and I was introduced to Annalise…I threw everything I could at her, and her style and approach to addressing conflicts, growth and goal setting were all so fluid and constructive that I not only felt better, but I performed better…I would recommend her to any leader looking to grow or their teams who just need additional guidance. She’s the real deal.”
